Graphic Designer
Location: HQ Annecy (France)
Reports to: VP Product & Creative
About UVS GamesWe are hiring for a print production designer to join our creative team on a 6 month contract. You must have outstanding teamwork skills and flexibility adapting to different workflows and project requirements.
We are a fast-growing publisher dedicated to bringing the world's best IPs to the tabletop, since 2006. From My Hero Academia and Godzilla to Star Trek and Street Fighter, we have built a reputation for blending deep tactical gameplay with fan-favorite universes.
Following the global launch of Riftbound (the League of Legends Trading Card Game) on October 31st, 2025, we are entering a phase of explosive expansion. We are looking for builders, people ready to disrupt the TCG market with creativity, agility, and precision.
We don't just sell games; we build ecosystems where players and fans thrive.
What you’ll do:
- Deliverable Production: Produce design deliverables within print, digital, and interactive spaces. Create print ready files and build design templates.
- Project Ownership: Take projects from concept to delivery. Work closely with an Art Director to meet project goals.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with team members to produce a wide variety of projects. Each day is a new challenge. Help determine the best tools and techniques for hitting specific visual targets. Bring a positive, helpful attitude, with a passion for design at the highest quality.
What you’ll bring:
- Experience: Experience building a range of design deliverables, including print-ready assets. Experience working with brand guidelines, style-guides and execution templates.
- Technical Literacy: A deep understanding of CMYK print/finishing processes & building files to spec. Understanding of typography and layout best practices. Holistic proficiency in Adobe creative tools (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop). Bonus for any Figma, motion graphics, animation or video editing skills.
- Mindset & Execution: An eye for detail and creative excellence with a mind for efficiency. Ability to perform under tight deadline pressure.
- Communication: Excellent communication skills, open, clear, and highly collaborative.
- Flexibility: Comfortable working flexible hours, including occasional late evening calls, to support collaboration across France and US-based teams.
- Cultural Affinity (Bonus): You do not need to be a hardcore gamer or a TCG player, but a personal interest in Pop Culture, Video Games, or Entertainment is a strong plus. It helps you understand the weight of the assets you are routing and the passion of our players. We value your project management expertise above all, but a love for the culture goes a long way.
- Languages: Bilingual Native French and Fluent English (C1/C2) are absolutely mandatory. You will review, discuss, and provide feedback on creative materials in English.
- Mobility: Willingness to travel approximately 10% of the time for client meetings, trade shows and team alignment.

- 2 days flexible (remote or office).
