This role sits at the intersection of advanced Salesforce engineering and go-to-market transformation, focusing on building scalable solutions that enhance partner experiences and internal operational efficiency. You will lead complex technical initiatives across a modern Salesforce ecosystem, shaping architecture and driving high-impact development for a global organization. Working closely with business stakeholders, you will translate requirements into robust, scalable, and high-performing solutions. The environment is highly collaborative, fast-paced, and innovation-driven, with strong emphasis on quality, scalability, and continuous improvement. You will also provide technical leadership, mentor engineers, and help define best practices across the Salesforce platform. This is a high-visibility role where your work directly improves partner engagement and business performance.

Accountabilities

Lead and execute Salesforce development initiatives across partner portal and internal GTM systems, ensuring scalable and high-quality architecture while aligning solutions with business needs.

  • Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, APIs, and Agentforce capabilities.
  • Build and enhance Experience Cloud (partner portal) functionality to improve engagement, usability, and operational workflows.
  • Develop complex automations, integrations, and custom applications supporting leads, opportunities, approvals, certifications, and partner data.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical designs and scalable solutions.
  • Create and optimize dashboards, reporting solutions, and analytics for internal and external users.
  • Lead code reviews, enforce engineering best practices, and provide technical mentorship to team members.
  • Troubleshoot complex system issues and ensure platform stability, performance, and continuous improvement.
Requirements

This role requires deep Salesforce expertise, strong technical leadership, and the ability to operate in a cross-functional, business-facing environment.

  • 7+ years of Salesforce development experience with proven success delivering complex projects.
  • Strong expertise in Apex, LWC, Aura Components, Visualforce, and Salesforce platform architecture.
  • Hands-on experience with Experience Cloud (Partner Community) development.
  • Solid knowledge of Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware solutions.
  • Proficiency with modern DevOps and development tools (VS Code, Git, Salesforce CLI, CI/CD pipelines).
  • Experience working directly with business stakeholders and translating needs into technical solutions.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to design scalable, maintainable architectures.
  • Salesforce Platform Developer I certification (required).
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts.
