This role offers the opportunity to shape and execute high-impact digital advertising strategies for a leading technology client, driving customer acquisition and engagement across multiple online channels. You will work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment where experimentation, optimization, and data-led decision-making are at the core of success. The role involves managing paid media campaigns across major platforms such as Google Ads and social media channels, while continuously improving performance through testing and insights. You will collaborate closely with client managers, product marketing teams, and innovation leaders to build integrated, multi-channel growth strategies. This is a highly hands-on role suited for someone who thrives in dynamic environments and enjoys both strategic thinking and execution excellence.
- Develop, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across Google Ads and major social platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter
- Manage end-to-end campaign performance to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and ROI
- Collaborate with client managers and cross-functional teams to design integrated marketing strategies aligned with business goals
- Continuously monitor campaign data and optimize performance through A/B testing, audience targeting, and creative adjustments
- Conduct customer journey and conversion optimization across landing pages, creatives, and funnel touchpoints
- Ensure compliance with internal advertising policies and best practices
- Partner with product marketing teams to support integrated campaign planning and execution
- Provide insights, reporting, and recommendations to stakeholders and clients based on campaign performance
Requirements:
- 4–5+ years of experience in paid media, managing and optimizing campaigns across Google Ads and social media platforms
- Strong hands-on expertise with Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter Ads, and Google Ads platforms
- Proven ability to analyze campaign performance and drive ROI through data-led decisions
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with confidence in explaining performance metrics to clients
- Strong strategic thinking with the ability to translate business goals into effective media strategies
- Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
- Fluency in English is required
- Experience with programmatic advertising, tracking tools, or ad servers is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree preferred with strong analytical capabilities
