Accountabilities:

  • Coordinate project managers, engineers, IT teams, operations, vendors, and business stakeholders to ensure alignment and execution consistency.
  • Develop and maintain integrated program plans covering scope, timelines, dependencies, risks, and sequencing across initiatives.
  • Establish program governance frameworks to ensure structured delivery, accountability, and standardized execution practices.
  • Manage risks, issues, and cross-project dependencies, ensuring timely escalation and mitigation strategies.
  • Oversee resource allocation, capacity planning, and vendor coordination to optimize program delivery.
  • Track budgets, forecasts, and financial performance across program components to ensure alignment with business expectations.
  • Communicate program status, risks, and progress clearly to leadership and key stakeholders.
  • Ensure operational readiness and successful transition of initiatives into production and field operations.
  • Drive continuous improvement in program delivery processes, reporting, and execution discipline.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in program or project management within telecommunications, technology, or related industries.
  • Proven experience managing multi-project programs or complex, cross-functional technology initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of telecom environments, network infrastructure, and technology platforms.
  • Demonstrated ability to coordinate diverse technical and business teams in fast-paced environments.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to interpret and translate technical concepts.
  • Experience with program planning, governance, and lifecycle execution across design, build, test, and launch phases.
  • Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies.
  • Experience using project management tools such as Jira, Smartsheet, or Confluence is preferred.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, adapt to changing requirements, and work independently when needed.
  • Experience managing vendors or external partners, including deliverables and performance tracking, is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience.
Benefits:
  • Competitive base salary ranging from $105,000 to $155,000 annually depending on experience.
  • Target annual bonus and quarterly performance-based incentives.
  • Comprehensive healthcare coverage including medical, dental, and vision plans.
  • 401(k) retirement plan with company support.
  • Flexible spending accounts (FSA) and additional financial wellness options.
  • Paid time off, sick leave, and parental leave benefits.
  • Training, career growth opportunities, and education reimbursement programs.
  • Opportunity to lead high-impact network modernization programs at scale.
  • Flexible remote work arrangement.
