Requirements:
  • 8+ years of professional experience in consumer research, user experience research, analytics, or related fields with a Bachelor’s degree, or 6+ years with a Master’s degree.
  • Strong expertise in quantitative and qualitative research methodologies, including survey design, sampling, weighting, and statistical analysis.
  • Advanced proficiency with research platforms such as Qualtrics, Alchemer, Dscout, UserInterviews, or similar tools.
  • Strong technical skills in SQL, Redshift, Tableau, and data visualization/reporting platforms.
  • Experience developing dashboards, analyzing customer data, and synthesizing findings into actionable recommendations.
  • Exceptional communication and storytelling skills with the ability to present insights clearly to diverse audiences and senior stakeholders.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to connect research findings to business outcomes, product innovation, and customer value.
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments while independently managing multiple projects and priorities.
  • Experience in healthcare, digital consumer products, or AI-powered research tools is a plus.
  • Strong collaboration, critical thinking, and problem-solving capabilities.
