Job Summary:
As an Intern Data Engineer, you will be responsible for working with clients. Your task will be to work on Data Ingestion Pipelines, SQL Stored Procedure, Python programming for data transformation, Snowflake Data warehousing, etc.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements on Snowflake.
- Learn and Develop Snowflake data ingestion pipelines.
- Work closely with the senior team members to ensure given task is completed.
- Collaborate with data analysts and other team members to understand data flow requirements and work on data related tasks.
- Continuously Learn and stay updated with the latest advancements in Snowflake and data engineering techniques, sharing knowledge and insights with the team.
- Attend Client meeting and provide task Update.
- Ensure compliance with data governance policies and industry standards throughout the data engineering process.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Good understanding in Basic SQL Programming fundamentals with data
- Good Understanding in Python Programming Fundamentals for data transformation and data cleaning
- Basic Understanding Data warehousing principles.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to analyze data patterns.
- Good communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
- Proactive and self-motivated with a passion for data engineering and delivering solutions.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Good to have knowledge in Basic Snowflake Programming fundamentals with data manipulation.
- Good to have Knowledge with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) for reporting.
- Good to have Knowledge with any cloud platforms like Azure or AWS with Snowflake.
