  • Support client onboarding, implementation, and education related to tax processes and requirements.
  • Assist in mentoring, training, and supporting junior team members as the firm continues to scale.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Active CPA license or EA credential strongly preferred (or eligibility in progress).
  • 3–5+ years of tax experience, ideally focused on high-net-worth individuals in a professional services or SaaS-adjacent environment.
  • Strong knowledge of federal and multi-state tax compliance, including complex filings and reporting requirements.
  • Experience with tax planning, projections, and advisory services for high-income or multi-source income clients.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to simplify complex tax concepts.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and client priorities.
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail and strong problem-solving ability.
  • Comfort working with tax and financial software tools and willingness to learn new systems.
  • Collaborative, service-oriented approach with a commitment to accuracy and client success.
Benefits:
  • Competitive compensation aligned with experience and expertise (90,000–125,000 USD range)
  • Fully remote work environment with flexible scheduling and strong work-life balance
  • Comprehensive health coverage including medical, dental, vision, and disability insurance
  • 401(k) plan with company match and immediate vesting
