Job Description

The Opportunity

As the Project Coordinator you will support the successful execution of the Ticket Program Manager (TPM) project by coordinating onboarding, operations, compliance, and administrative activities. The TPM project is part of the Social Security Administration’s (SSA) Ticket to Work program, which supports disability beneficiaries as they pursue career development and employment. You will be a key role ensuring teams are fully onboarded, systems and processes run smoothly, and project deliverables are supported in accordance with organizational and client requirements. This position is contingent upon award of the project to TSPi.

Core Responsibilities

Project & Operations Support

  • Coordinate day-to-day project logistics, ensuring alignment with timelines, deliverables, and contractual requirements
  • Maintain project tracking tools and databases to monitor progress, staffing readiness, and milestones
  • Support execution of operational processes, including remote workforce coordination and technology setup
  • Assist with troubleshooting operational or administrative issues that may impact project performance
  • Coordinate onboarding and offboarding activities for project staff, including documentation, system access, and equipment provisioning
  • Track staff readiness requirements such as:
    • Background and suitability clearance documentation
    • Training completion
    • Required onboarding forms and certifications
  • Support implementation of federal onboarding processes, including:
    • Scheduling and tracking PIV card enrollment and issuance
    • Coordinating access to required federal systems and facilities
  • Coordinate provisioning and tracking of Government Furnished Equipment (GFE), including laptops, peripherals, and related technology and assist team members with tier 1 support to address technical issues with the GFE
  • Maintain accurate records of GFE, including assignment, location, and return during offboarding
  • Support processes to ensure accountability and compliance with government property management requirements

Compliance & Documentation

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including staff records, training logs, and operational files
  • Support compliance with organizational policies, client requirements, and applicable regulations (e.g., privacy, security, accessibility)
  • Prepare and organize documentation for audits, reporting, and internal reviews

Administrative Support

  • Support administrative processes including document management, correspondence handling, and logistics coordination
  • Assist with planning and execution of training sessions, onboarding activities, and team events

What We Value

  • 2–4 years of experience in project coordination, operations, or administrative support
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and collaboration tools (e.g., SharePoint, Teams)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience supporting large, multi-site, or federally funded projects
  • Familiarity with compliance requirements (e.g., data privacy, accessibility standards)
  • Position will require the ability to obtain Level 5 suitability screening (Public Trust Position – Positions) with SSA (including fingerprinting).

  • This position offers an anticipated annual base salary range of approximately $52,000 to $62,000. Salary offers are made based on internal equity and market analysis.
