Job Description
· Perform Maintenance Work Orders & Troubleshooting of Industrial Equipment.
· Perform Lock Out Tagout (LOTO) Procedures.
· Maintain accurate notes on equipment regarding repairs and troubleshooting.
· Maintain a clean and contaminant free work environment.
· Other duties as directed by the Maintenance Manager
· Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on production equipment, machinery, and facility systems.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
· Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
· Conduct inspections and routine maintenance to ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.
· Install, align, and dismantle industrial machinery and equipment.
· Diagnose equipment malfunctions and recommend corrective actions.
· Work with Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) and other automation systems.
· Fabricate and modify machine parts as needed using various hand tools, power tools, and industrial equipment.
· Maintain accurate maintenance records, including work orders, parts inventory, and service logs.
· Follow and enforce safety protocols, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures.
· Collaborate with engineers, production staff, and other technicians to optimize equipment performance.
· Assist in developing and improving preventive maintenance programs.
· Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests to minimize downtime.
· Willingness to work flexible hours, including occasional weekends and overtime as needed.
Requirements:· Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in industrial maintenance, preferably in a metal powder production, foundry, or manufacturing environment.
· HSD, Millwrights Certification preferred
· Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints.
· Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
· Experience with welding, machining, and fabrication techniques is a plus.
· Proficient in troubleshooting and diagnosing equipment failures.
· Must be able to stand, walk, sit, bend, stoop, and lift up to 55 lbs. during a 10-hour shift.
