This role sits at the intersection of Salesforce architecture, solution design, and client transformation, driving large-scale implementations of Sales Cloud and Experience Cloud solutions.
You will lead the design and delivery of end-to-end Salesforce ecosystems that improve sales performance, customer engagement, and partner experiences.
The position requires strong consulting capability, translating complex business needs into scalable Salesforce solutions aligned with best practices and business outcomes.
You will work closely with stakeholders, architects, and development teams to define solution strategies, system architecture, and integration approaches.
This is a senior, client-facing role with significant responsibility for guiding implementation decisions, platform optimization, and digital transformation initiatives.
You will also play a key role in ensuring high-quality delivery across multiple Salesforce engagements, including CPQ and Experience Cloud implementations.
The environment is highly collaborative, fast-paced, and focused on enterprise-grade solution delivery and innovation.

Accountabilities:
  • Lead the design and implementation of Salesforce Sales Cloud and Experience Cloud solutions aligned with complex business requirements and enterprise architecture standards.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define functional specifications, and translate business processes into scalable Salesforce solutions.
  • Architect and configure Sales Cloud capabilities including lead management, account and opportunity management, forecasting, sales cadence, and territory management.
  • Design and deliver Experience Cloud portals for customers, partners, and internal users, ensuring usability, branding, and responsive design.
  • Evaluate out-of-the-box Salesforce features versus custom development needs, guiding build vs. buy decisions.
  • Implement and integrate third-party AppExchange solutions such as DocuSign, Conga, Spiff/Xactly, Sales Navigator, and others.
  • Define integration strategies with external systems (ERP, NetSuite, etc.) using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware platforms such as MuleSoft or Boomi.
  • Provide technical leadership across CPQ and Quote-to-Cash implementations, including automation using Salesforce Flow and related tools.
  • Prepare solution design documents, system architecture diagrams, ERDs, and configuration runbooks for development and delivery teams.
  • Guide development teams, conduct solution reviews, and ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices and DevOps standards.
  • Support user training, documentation, and stakeholder enablement to ensure successful adoption of solutions.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in Salesforce implementation with strong expertise in Sales Cloud and Experience Cloud.
  • Proven experience delivering at least two full end-to-end Salesforce Sales Cloud and Experience Cloud implementations.
  • Strong hands-on experience with CPQ and Quote-to-Cash processes.
  • Deep understanding of Salesforce configuration, including Sales Cloud and Experience Cloud out-of-the-box capabilities.
  • Strong technical knowledge of Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce automation tools such as Flow.
  • Experience with integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware platforms like MuleSoft or Boomi.
  • Knowledge of DevOps practices within Salesforce environments, including deployment and release management.
  • Familiarity with Single Sign-On (SSO) and enterprise authentication frameworks.
  • Exposure to tools such as Agentforce and Salesforce ecosystem enhancements is an advantage.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to lead client discussions and influence technical decisions.
  • Salesforce certifications such as Sales Cloud Consultant and Experience Cloud Consultant are required; additional certifications (CPQ, Architect, Platform Developer, Integration Architecture) are highly desirable.
Benefits:
  • Competitive compensation aligned with senior-level Salesforce expertise and market benchmarks.
  • Health coverage including medical, dental, and vision insurance (as applicable by employment structure).
  • Flexible work arrangements supporting remote and hybrid collaboration.
  • Opportunity to work on large-scale enterprise Salesforce transformation programs.
  • Exposure to complex architecture, integration, and CPQ-driven implementations.
  • Professional development opportunities and access to Salesforce certification growth paths.
  • Collaborative, high-performance environment with strong focus on technical excellence and innovation.
