This role sits at the intersection of product, engineering, and partner integrations within a fast-scaling fintech environment.
You will help translate complex third-party integration requirements into clear, actionable product specifications.
The position involves working closely with distributed teams across multiple geographies in a fully remote setup.
You will play a key role in ensuring seamless connectivity between internal platforms and external partner systems.
The work requires strong analytical thinking, structured documentation, and attention to technical detail.
It offers exposure to modern API-driven ecosystems and high-impact financial technology solutions.
You will contribute directly to improving integration quality, scalability, and delivery efficiency across products.
- Partner with product managers, engineers, and external stakeholders to support end-to-end third-party integration initiatives across products.
- Analyze and interpret technical documentation such as APIs, authentication flows, endpoints, and data contracts to define clear requirements.
- Translate business and partner needs into detailed product requirement documents, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Design and maintain workflow diagrams, sequence diagrams, and system interaction models to support development and implementation.
- Collaborate with partner technical teams to clarify specifications, resolve ambiguities, and define integration approaches.
- Identify edge cases, dependencies, and potential failure scenarios to ensure robust integration design.
- Define analytics and tracking requirements including events, funnels, KPIs, dashboards, and data validation rules.
- Support cross-functional teams to ensure requirements are testable, complete, and aligned with product objectives.
- Contribute to improving documentation standards and integration best practices across teams.
- 3–5+ years of experience in a product, technical product, business systems, or technical analysis role.
- Proven experience working in partner-facing or client-facing environments.
- Strong ability to write product requirement documents, user stories, and acceptance criteria for engineering teams.
- Good understanding of APIs, JSON structures, endpoints, and technical integration documentation.
- Strong systems thinking with the ability to map and understand complex workflows and dependencies.
- Hands-on experience defining product analytics requirements such as event tracking, funnels, KPIs, and dashboards.
- Proficiency with diagramming and workflow tools such as Lucidchart, Miro, draw.io, or Figma.
- Excellent communication skills with a structured, detail-oriented, and analytical mindset.
- Exposure to Agile environments and collaboration with engineering teams is a plus.
- Experience in fintech, banking, lending, or financial services is an advantage.
- Competitive fixed annual salary in the range of 15–19 LPA, based on experience, plus variable compensation.
