This role is focused on driving growth through strategic partner ecosystems, acting as a key connector between the company and its network of resellers, distributors, and alliance partners. You will be responsible for building and nurturing long-term commercial relationships that expand market reach and accelerate revenue generation through indirect sales channels. The position combines strategic planning, data-driven performance management, and hands-on partner enablement to ensure consistent achievement of business targets. You will play a critical role in analyzing channel performance, identifying growth opportunities, and implementing scalable sales strategies with partners. Your work will directly impact channel expansion, partner productivity, and overall commercial success.
- Build, develop, and maintain a strong network of commercial partners, acting as a trusted advisor to resellers, distributors, and strategic alliances.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators such as sales productivity, conversion rates, and channel performance to ensure target achievement.
- Design and execute partner growth and expansion strategies to increase revenue and maximize commercial outcomes.
- Provide continuous enablement to partners through training, educational materials, and sales support initiatives.
- Act as a proactive hunter, identifying new business opportunities and strengthening indirect sales channels.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams and partners to align strategies and ensure execution of commercial plans.
- Proven experience in indirect sales channels, with strong focus on performance, targets, and revenue growth.
- Experience working with CRM tools, preferably Salesforce, for pipeline and partner management.
- Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to develop long-term, trust-based partnerships.
- Analytical mindset with ability to interpret sales data and translate insights into strategic actions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with strong influence and negotiation capabilities.
- High level of organization and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
