Responsibilities
- Conduct in-home client assessments
- Develop and update Plans of Care
- Complete supervisory visits
- Provide caregiver trainings and support
- Maintain accurate documentation

Requirements
- Active Rhode Island RN License (required)
- Active Driver's License and reliable transportation (required)
- Willing to work on a per diem schedule
- Strong communication and assessment skills
- Home care experience required
