  • Monitoring emerging AI trends and proactively recommending new use cases and improvements
Requirements

This position requires strong technical depth in software engineering and automation, combined with the ability to communicate clearly and drive adoption across non-technical teams. Candidates should be comfortable working independently while influencing broader organizational strategy.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years of experience in software development, automation engineering, or systems integration roles
  • Hands-on experience building production-grade automations, workflows, or AI-enabled systems
  • Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, APIs, and workflow automation/orchestration tools
  • Experience working with AI technologies, including AI APIs and applied machine learning tools
  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and communicate trade-offs clearly
  • Experience building training materials, enablement programs, or technical documentation preferred
  • Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and process optimization skills

  • Fully remote work within eligible U.S. states
  • Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance options
  • Paid time off and standard company holidays
