We’re looking for a hands-on, detail-driven Hose Technician who thrives in a fast-paced fabrication environment and wants to grow their career with a company that values skill, teamwork, and craftsmanship.

What you'll do

In this role, you’ll be at the heart of our operations—building and fabricating hydraulic and industrial hose assemblies that keep our customers running.

• Build and assemble hydraulic and industrial hoses to precise specifications
• Operate hose crimping equipment and fabrication tools
• Identify thread connections and match the correct end fittings
• Measure, cut, and verify hose assemblies for accuracy and quality
• Perform pressure testing and ensure tolerance standards are met
• Receive and organize incoming materials and maintain inventory
• Assist with order fulfillment, pickups, and deliveries
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace
• Follow all safety protocols and properly use PPE

What You Bring

We’re looking for someone who is mechanically inclined, dependable, and eager to learn:

• 1+ year of hands-on experience (fabrication, maintenance, field service, or similar)
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to read blueprints
• Experience with measuring tools (tape measures, calipers, etc.)
• Basic math and computer skills
• Strong attention to detail and organization
• Ability to adapt and work in a fast-paced environment
• Clear communication and teamwork skills
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record

Bonus Points

• Previous hose, belt tech, or industrial maintenance experience
• Passion for learning new systems and processes

Work Environment

• Shop-based fabrication setting
• Moderate noise level with proper ventilation and lighting
• Use of heavy equipment and adherence to strict safety standards

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Comfortable standing, bending, kneeling, or sitting for extended periods
• Manual dexterity to operate tools and equipment
