What you'll do
In this role, you’ll be at the heart of our operations—building and fabricating hydraulic and industrial hose assemblies that keep our customers running.
- Build and assemble hydraulic and industrial hoses to precise specifications
- Operate hose crimping equipment and fabrication tools
- Identify thread connections and match the correct end fittings
- Measure, cut, and verify hose assemblies for accuracy and quality
- Perform pressure testing and ensure tolerance standards are met
- Receive and organize incoming materials and maintain inventory
- Assist with order fulfillment, pickups, and deliveries
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace
- Follow all safety protocols and properly use PPE
What You Bring
We’re looking for someone who is mechanically inclined, dependable, and eager to learn:
- 1+ year of hands-on experience (fabrication, maintenance, field service, or similar)
- Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to read blueprints
- Experience with measuring tools (tape measures, calipers, etc.)
- Basic math and computer skills
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Ability to adapt and work in a fast-paced environment
- Clear communication and teamwork skills
- Valid driver’s license with a clean record

- Previous hose, belt tech, or industrial maintenance experience
- Passion for learning new systems and processes
Work Environment
- Shop-based fabrication setting
- Moderate noise level with proper ventilation and lighting
- Use of heavy equipment and adherence to strict safety standards
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Comfortable standing, bending, kneeling, or sitting for extended periods
- Manual dexterity to operate tools and equipment
