This is a high-impact commercial operations role sitting at the center of enterprise sales execution, where strategy, pricing discipline, and deal velocity intersect. You will act as a trusted advisor to sales leadership on complex enterprise transactions, ensuring deals are structured in a way that balances competitiveness with profitability and compliance. The role requires strong cross-functional collaboration with Finance, Legal, Product, and Revenue Operations to move high-value opportunities efficiently through the pipeline. You will help define and refine pricing frameworks, approval workflows, and commercial policies that scale globally. Beyond execution, you will bring market and deal intelligence into strategic decision-making to reduce revenue leakage and improve win rates. This is a highly visible position for someone who thrives in fast-moving enterprise SaaS environments and enjoys solving complex deal challenges.
- Lead the end-to-end deal lifecycle for enterprise opportunities, supporting Sales with structuring, pricing strategy, and approval workflows while ensuring compliance with commercial policies.
- Act as a strategic commercial partner to Sales, Finance, Legal, and Executive teams on high-value and non-standard transactions, driving alignment and timely decision-making.
- Develop and continuously refine pricing models, discounting frameworks, and deal governance policies to balance competitiveness with margin protection.
- Collaborate with Revenue Operations to streamline CPQ systems, automate approval processes, and improve overall sales velocity and operational efficiency.
- Analyze deal trends, pricing patterns, and competitive intelligence to identify risks, revenue leakage, and opportunities for commercial optimization.
- Ensure consistent enforcement of global commercial standards while adapting frameworks for regional and vertical market needs.
- 8+ years of experience in Deal Desk, Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Commercial Finance within enterprise B2B SaaS, cloud, or technology environments.
- Strong expertise in enterprise pricing strategy, contract structuring, discount governance, and multi-year or multi-product deal design.
- Proven experience supporting complex enterprise deals involving multi-stakeholder buying committees and C-level engagement.
- Hands-on experience with CPQ tools (e.g., Salesforce CPQ, Conga/Apttus, Oracle CPQ) and CRM platforms such as Salesforce.
- Strong analytical and business judgment skills, with the ability to balance speed, risk, and commercial integrity in high-pressure deal cycles.
- Excellent cross-functional communication and influencing skills, with demonstrated ability to operate effectively without direct authority.
- Experience working in global environments with exposure to multi-region pricing, compliance, and contracting considerations.
