Regional Vendor Manager

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Regional Vendor Manager based in the United States.

This role is responsible for leading vendor performance management across multiple sites within assigned regions, ensuring consistent service delivery, compliance, and operational excellence across a large-scale facilities services network. You will act as the primary driver of vendor accountability, overseeing service quality, contractual adherence, and continuous improvement initiatives through structured performance frameworks. The position requires close collaboration with field operations and customer experience teams to resolve issues quickly and maintain high service standards. You will analyze performance data, enforce governance processes, and lead corrective actions that directly impact customer satisfaction and operational risk reduction. This is a highly visible role that blends field engagement, data-driven decision-making, and stakeholder management in a fast-paced, multi-site environment. Success in this position is defined by measurable improvements in vendor performance, compliance, and service reliability across your region.

Accountabilities

This role is focused on ensuring vendor compliance, improving service delivery outcomes, and driving accountability across all assigned partners through structured governance, performance tracking, and field engagement.

  • Manage and oversee vendor performance across assigned regions using structured KPIs, SLA frameworks, and operational governance tools.
  • Enforce accountability through the EAAP framework, including escalations, attendance/IVR compliance, audits, and project execution tracking.
  • Conduct regular vendor reviews, QBRs, and performance evaluations to ensure alignment with contractual obligations and service expectations.
  • Identify, investigate, and resolve service delivery gaps related to staffing, scheduling, and operational execution.
  • Partner with field operations and internal stakeholders to ensure rapid issue resolution and continuous service improvement.
  • Analyze performance trends and implement corrective actions and process improvements to reduce operational risk.
  • Conduct on-site visits across assigned markets to evaluate vendor performance and reinforce accountability.
Requirements

This role requires strong vendor management experience in multi-site operations, with the ability to influence partners, interpret performance data, and drive measurable operational improvements.

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in vendor management, operations, or facilities services in a multi-site environment.
  • Strong understanding of service delivery models, SLA/KPI management, and operational compliance frameworks.
  • Experience working with service platforms and IVR-based systems (e.g., ServiceChannel, Corrigo) is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and translate insights into action.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with proven ability to influence external partners.
  • Strong problem-solving, negotiation, and conflict resolution capabilities in high-pressure environments.
  • Ability to travel within assigned regions (approximately 25%).
