The position blends customer interaction, travel coordination, and creative itinerary planning in a fast-paced but supportive remote environment. You will research premium resorts, wedding venues, and curated travel packages that match each couple’s vision and budget. Strong communication and organization skills are key as you manage multiple clients and travel details simultaneously. - Coordinate destination wedding, honeymoon, and romantic getaway travel arrangements from initial inquiry through completion
- Research and recommend resorts, venues, and customized travel packages tailored to client preferences
- Communicate consistently with clients to provide updates, guidance, and support throughout the planning process
- Manage bookings, reservations, and all related travel logistics with accuracy and attention to detail
- Deliver high-quality customer service to ensure a smooth and memorable client experience
- Must be a U.S. citizen and at least 18 years of age

- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple bookings and timelines effectively
