This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Destination Wedding Travel Specialist based in the United States.

This role focuses on helping couples design and book unforgettable destination weddings, honeymoons, and romantic travel experiences. You will guide clients through every step of the planning journey, from inspiration to final booking, ensuring a seamless and personalized service. The position blends customer interaction, travel coordination, and creative itinerary planning in a fast-paced but supportive remote environment. You will research premium resorts, wedding venues, and curated travel packages that match each couple’s vision and budget. Strong communication and organization skills are key as you manage multiple clients and travel details simultaneously. Accountabilities:
  • Coordinate destination wedding, honeymoon, and romantic getaway travel arrangements from initial inquiry through completion
  • Research and recommend resorts, venues, and customized travel packages tailored to client preferences
  • Communicate consistently with clients to provide updates, guidance, and support throughout the planning process
  • Manage bookings, reservations, and all related travel logistics with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Deliver high-quality customer service to ensure a smooth and memorable client experience
Requirements:
  • Must be a U.S. citizen and at least 18 years of age
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage clients clearly and professionally
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple bookings and timelines effectively
  • Positive, proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop in the travel industry
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
  • No prior travel industry experience required; full training is provided
