As a Senior Product Manager, you will own the strategy and roadmap for complex billing, insurance, and payer-related workflows that determine how members access care and how the organization is reimbursed. You will work at the intersection of product, engineering, data, and operations to transform highly regulated, ambiguous systems into reliable and scalable solutions. This position requires strong analytical thinking and a deep understanding of data-driven decision-making, paired with the ability to execute in fast-paced, high-impact environments. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders including clinical, billing, and finance teams to deliver seamless and effective enterprise-grade solutions. - Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for enterprise billing, insurance, and payer-related product workflows.
- Define, track, and iterate on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and financial impact.
- Identify product opportunities through data analysis, user research, and collaboration with operations and subject matter experts.
- Partner with data teams to size initiatives, evaluate trade-offs, and measure the impact of product investments.
- Write clear, detailed, and actionable product requirements and specifications to guide engineering execution.
- Collaborate closely with design teams to develop intuitive, user-centered product experiences.
- Work with engineering teams to plan, build, test, and deliver high-quality software solutions aligned with product specifications.
- Communicate product value, roadmap updates, and feature releases to cross-functional stakeholders across the organization.
- Serve as a key liaison between product, billing, finance, clinical operations, and growth teams.
- Ensure alignment between product strategy and business objectives in a highly regulated healthcare environment.
- Continuously refine workflows and processes to improve efficiency, accuracy, and financial performance.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in Product Management, preferably within B2B SaaS or enterprise product environments.
- Strong ability to balance product strategy with hands-on execution in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
- Proven experience working with billing, finance, operations, or similarly complex enterprise workflows.
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills and ability to translate insights into product decisions.
- Excellent written communication skills with experience producing clear and concise product specifications.
- Strong collaboration skills with experience working closely with engineering, design, and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Ability to engage and influence subject matter experts and operational teams to shape product direction.
- Comfortable working in regulated or complex environments with attention to compliance and detail.
- Strong intuition for product design and user experience, paired with validation through data and research.
- Ability to prioritize effectively and manage multiple competing initiatives in a dynamic environment.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences.
