Perform hands-on support and guidance to employees. Present to co-workers a professional self-image and Company image. Maintain equipment and work areas in compliance with company guidelines. Perform necessary documentation in a timely and accurate manner in accordance with procedures and Standard Operating Procedures.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following, and other duties may be assigned.
- Diesel Mechanical experience
- Poses an adequate mechanical tool inventory for daily tasks
- Ensure vehicles are maintained & safe for our operators by performing repairs & maintenance
- Diagnose and repair company equipment with minimal supervision
- Demonstrates willingness to take directions and follow instructions.
- Adheres to the schedule and maintains regular attendance.
- Maintain clean shop & work areas.
- Valid Driver’s License
- 2-3 years’ Experience
- Attending employee meetings and training courses.
- Subject to DOT drug Testing
- Expectations: To perform the job successfully with a work ethic in which you can contribute to the team with good communication skills, be able to multitask, have job stability, Dependability, and have the ability to grow with the company.
