Shipping & Receiving Team Leader - Hours - 12P-8:30P M-F in Shelbyville, Indiana at PK USA

· Supervisory responsibilities of Associates and daily activities of department including attendance, training, directing work, rewarding and disciplining employees.

· Establish and adjust work procedures to meet shipping schedules.

· Assist in resolving problems with customer complaints.

· Implementation and execution of safety and 5s plan.

· Troubleshoot processes and procedures.

· High School Diploma or Equivalent

· 1+ Years Shipping/receiving experience

· Ability to work with all levels of management

· Working experience with EDI, ASN, and scanning process

· Customer service and communication

· JIT experience in automotive industries, a plus

· Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite

· Good attendance

· Effective communication and good employee relations skills
