Medical Receptionist in Saint Anthony, Idaho at Grand Peaks

Job Title: Medical Receptionist
Locations: St. Anthony & Rexburg Medical Clinics
Schedule: Four 10 hour shifts Monday - Friday | Rotating Saturday shift

Pay: DOE

We are seeking a Medical Receptionist to join our primary care team and help create a welcoming, efficient experience for every patient who walks through our doors. We're looking for someone who is friendly, dependable, and highly organized, with a passion for customer service and teamwork. In this full-time role, you'll manage scheduling, patient registration, and front-office operations while supporting our mission of delivering exceptional, patient-centered care. This position requires the flexibility to work at either our St. Anthony or Rexburg location as needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and check in patients in a professional and welcoming manner
• Answer a multi line phone system and schedule appointments accurately
• Verify insurance information and collect copays or payments
• Maintain and update electronic health records while ensuring patient confidentiality
• Communicate effectively with medical staff to support efficient clinic operations
• Provide outstanding customer service to patients and visitors

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required
• Previous customer service, reception, or medical office experience preferred
• Proficiency with computers
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Basic knowledge of medical terminology and EMR systems preferred
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Professional, friendly, and patient-focused demeanor
• Flexibility to work at either the St. Anthony or Rexburg clinic location as needed
