Pay rate will be $21.00-$22.50 per hour (includes health and time off benefits)
Full time position working 40 hours per week.
Work schedule is generally 7:00 am to 4:00 pm, Monday through Friday. The schedule is flexible and may be adjusted based on project needs, including variations in lunch breaks or end times as needed.

• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance across multiple sites
• Maintain daily on-site presence at Dunn Ave., supporting all facility operations, including therapy and early childhood program spaces
• Start each day by maintaining exterior areas (walkways, entrances, trash removal, overall appearance)
• Conduct routine walkthroughs to identify and address maintenance, cleanliness, and safety concerns
• Perform preventive maintenance and basic repairs (plumbing, painting, carpentry, lighting, etc.)
• Maintain carpets, floors, and shared spaces to ensure a clean and professional environment
• Respond to work orders, track progress, and communicate updates through the system
• Coordinate and oversee vendors (cleaning, lawn care, pest control, repairs)
• Monitor facility systems, equipment, and grounds to anticipate repair or replacement needs
• Manage supplies, tools, and inventory for facility operations
• Set up and break down spaces for meetings, trainings, and events
• Provide support at Edgar’s Farm as needed, assisting with groundskeeping, fencing, and general property upkeep alongside the team (seasonal needs may vary)
• Occasionally assist at other locations (Palm Coast and Bunnell, as needed)
• Assist with safety procedures and ensure compliance with facility standards
• Respond to urgent or after-hours maintenance needs when required
Qualification:
• High school diploma or technical school certificate required
• 2+ years of building or equipment maintenance experience
• Preventive maintenance experience strongly preferred
• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general repairs
• Ability to operate tools and equipment (power tools, ladders, floor machines, pressure washers)
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office and work order tracking systems
• Valid Florida driver’s license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., climb ladders, and perform physical tasks
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and work independently
• Flexible, team-oriented, and dependable
• Positive attitude and commitment to supporting individuals with disabilities
