Location: 200 Country Club Road, Meadowlands, PA 15347 (Meadowlands Division)

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM (No Rotating Shifts!)

About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented General Laborer to join our team. This position is perfect for candidates with hands-on experience who enjoy working in a dynamic, manufacturing-based environment. You’ll play a key role in ensuring that our parts meet strict quality standards. The General Laborer will help in all areas within the department, and operate CNC Lasers.

What You’ll Do

• Perform general production and manufacturing support tasks.
• Load, unload, and move materials throughout the facility.
• Operate hand tools and basic power equipment safely.
• Assist machine operators with setup, production, and cleanup.
• Package, label, and prepare finished products for shipment.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area following 5S standards.
• Conduct basic quality inspections and report defects.
• Follow all safety procedures, policies, and PPE requirements.
• Assist with inventory counts and material handling as needed.
• Perform other duties assigned by supervisors or management.
  

Requirements

• High school diploma/GED and/or relevant work experience.
• Ability to read and understand blueprints.
• Become Tow Motor certified though IGS – must hold a valid driver’s license.
• Strong attention to detail and mechanical/technical aptitude.
• Ability to lift / move up to 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and work safely with tools and equipment.
• Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
• Must be 18 years of age or older
