Role Description

We are looking for Engineering Product Leader to join our team.

You will report to the Sr. Product Engineering Manager.

Location

On-site - Working daily from our office in Caesarea

What you will be doing:

  • Lead products deliverables and timelines. Responsible for NPI Processes of the company product lines

  • Lead Sustain engineering processes and provide engineering support across the company

  • Performing process validation for Engineering changes in the production line.

  • Collaboration with R&D, quality, and production depts. on a daily basis

  • Efficiency and improving production processes including electronic and mechanical assembly.

  • Participation in failure studies and problem-solving discussions.

  • Approving parts and components' SPEC deviations, and instructing for rework if needed

  • Develop and document Manufacturing, assembling & testing processes.

  • Ownership of the entire product, manage and lead the engineering changes of the product during its lifecycle

What you should have:

  • Mechanical / Industrial /Electronics Engineer
  • 5+ years of proven experience as an NPI or Manufacturing Engineer
  • Understanding of mechanical and electrical process
  • Experience with cost reduction activities
  • Self-motivated, independent, and problem solving oriented
