Job Description
Substance Use Disorder Professional (SUDP) Supervisor
Spokane, WA | Full-Time | $36.36/hour
Job SummaryWe are growing! Our Substance Use Disorder (SUD) program is expanding, and we are adding an additional SUDP Supervisor to support this growth. This is a people leader role focused on building high-performing teams through coaching, development, and mentorship of both SUDP and SUDP-T staff. This position partners closely with our current SUDP Supervisor to expand services and strengthen an integrated behavioral health care model, supporting individuals with substance use and co-occurring disorders across diverse programs and settings.
What a Typical Day Looks LikeNo two days are the same. This role supports services across youth, young adult, adult, veteran, and medical respite programs, with work taking place in shelters, supported housing, and clinical care environments, including medical respite settings.
- Start your day coaching a SUDP-T through a complex case, then pivot to supporting staff navigating a participant in crisis
- Spend time in program sites, working alongside teams and providing real-time clinical guidance
- Partner with the current SUDP Supervisor to strengthen service delivery and support program growth
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care for individuals with co-occurring needs
- Adapt quickly in low-barrier environments that are fast-paced, dynamic, and sometimes unpredictable
Our programs are designed to meet people where they are. You’ll be most successful if you are adaptable, grounded, and ready to respond to the unexpected while supporting both staff and participants with compassion and clinical expertise.
