Job Description
The Senior Product Manager is responsible for leading the planning, development and management of AI-driven products and services within the firm. This role involves overseeing the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to execution and launch, ensuring that AI products meet market demands and deliver high value to customers. This role blends expertise in artificial intelligence, product management, and leadership to ensure the successful execution of AI initiatives aligned with business goals. The Senior Product Manager will collaborate closely with internal teams, including legal stakeholders, engineering, IT, knowledge management, and marketing, to create innovative AI solutions that drive business outcomes.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Define and drive the product strategy and roadmap for AI-powered solutions in alignment with the firms goals.
Maintain a robust roadmap for AI products, balancing near-term customer needs with long-term vision.
Stay informed of advancements in AI/ML technologies, cloud infrastructures, and software development methodologies to inform product decisions and foster innovation.
Stay abreast of AI trends, customer feedback, and the competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
Identify opportunities to integrate AI across the firms application and product portfolio.
Manage the lifecycle of AI products, including ideation, development, launch, and iteration.
Influence leadership on issues within the professional discipline and foster cross-departmental collaboration to ensure the successful execution of AI initiatives.
Define and prioritize product features based on customer needs, market research, and technical feasibility.
Foster cross-departmental collaboration to ensure seamless delivery of AI projects.
Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand their AI workloads, pain points, and future requirements.
Collaborate with stakeholders to establish product goals, KPIs, and success metrics.
Engage with stakeholders to gather insights and feedback on AI solutions.
Ensure that AI-driven products address real-world problems and provide measurable value.
Develop creative solutions and make improvements to processes, programs, and policies to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of AI-driven products.
Oversee the integration of AI models into various workflows, ensuring high-performing production AI and ML products.
Implement and uphold responsible AI development practices to ensure ethical, transparent, and fair usage of AI technologies.
Education and/or Experience:
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in product management or product development leadership
- Experience with agile methodologies and product management tools
- Demonstrated ability to make data-driven decisions
Preferred:
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Juris Doctor degree

The target salary range for this role is:
$148,200 - $211,200 if located in Illinois.Salaries vary by location and are based on numerous factors, including, but not limited to, the relevant market, skills, experience, and education of the selected candidate.
