VP of Operations / Head of Operations in Warsaw at Sowelo Consulting sp. z o.o. sp. k.

Collaborating intimately with the Chief Executive, you will act as the operational engine of the enterprise — embedding structural discipline, synchronizing cross-departmental workflows, and driving day-to-day execution as the company scales its commercial footprint, production output, and global deployments.

• Operational Rhythm & Execution Discipline: Establish and maintain organizational cadence (KPI tracking, strategic alignment, cross-team performance reviews). Remove operational friction, streamline internal workflows, and foster a strong culture of accountability.

• Scaling & Cross-Functional Alignment: Transition the business from a tech-centric startup into a highly structured, market-driven enterprise. Align product engineering, hardware manufacturing, field deployment, and customer success around clear commercial goals.

• Supply Chain, Manufacturing & Deployment: Build scalable frameworks covering physical device assembly, vendor management, global logistics, field integration, and post-delivery client satisfaction.

• Corporate Governance, Legal & Quality: Supervise core administrative functions, legal firm coordination, contract lifecycles, IP/patent documentation, and compliance frameworks (including ISO accreditations and international certifications).

• Grants, Due Diligence & Investor Readiness: Ensure rigorous oversight of public R&D grant projects, maintain audit-ready virtual data rooms for institutional investors, and represent operational strength during investor due diligence.

• 10+ years of operational leadership: Proven track record as Head of Operations, COO, VP of Operations, or Operations Director within fast-paced scale-ups or high-growth technology businesses.

• Execution & Structure: Exceptional ability to bring order, governance, and measurable KPIs to rapidly evolving or unstructured environments without sacrificing agility.

• Commercial & Cross-Functional Acumen: Experience unifying technical teams (engineering, R&D, manufacturing) with commercial functions (sales, client delivery) to achieve business targets.

• Governance & Administrative Maturity: Familiarity with managing external legal partners, grant administration, corporate compliance, and investor-facing operational reviews.

• Languages: Native/fluent proficiency in Polish and full professional fluency (C1/C2 English) with the executive presence needed to engage with founders, investors, and international partners.

• Exposure to capital-intensive or specialized tech sectors (Hardware, Telecom Equipment, Wireless Technology, Defense Tech, Advanced Manufacturing, or Complex Embedded Systems).

• Experience with quality management systems (ISO), regulated environments, or international deployment scaling.

• Central executive position directly shaping the operational future of a high-tech innovator.

• High level of autonomy in establishing company-wide processes and operating rhythms.
