Position Title:- Technical Support Specialist
Location: Santa Fe, New Mexico
Position type: Contract
Interview Process:- Only In-person

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide desktop/laptop break-fix support, installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
  • Resolve help desk tickets via phone, email, remote, and onsite support.
  • Manage tickets in ServiceNow or similar tools and escalate when needed.
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and basic network issues.
  • Support Microsoft Windows, Microsoft 365, Outlook, Teams, and Active Directory.
  • Work with internal teams and vendors to resolve technical issues.
  • Maintain documentation and prioritize support requests based on urgency.

Required Skills

  • Experience with desktop support in a Microsoft environment.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware, software, and networking.
  • Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow preferred).
  • Knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft 365, Outlook, Teams, and Active Directory.
  • Basic PowerShell or scripting knowledge is a plus.
  • Excellent customer service, communication, and multitasking skills.
