Golf Cart Attendant in Hamburg, New Jersey at CS RESORT MANAGER

Crystal Springs Resort is seeking friendly, energetic, and customer-focused Golf Cart Attendants to join our golf operations team. As a Golf Cart Attendant, you will play an important role in creating an exceptional experience for our guests from the moment they arrive until the completion of their round. If you enjoy working outdoors, interacting with people, and being part of a premier golf destination, we'd love to hear from you!

• Greet and welcome all golfers with a warm, professional attitude
• Provide outstanding customer service and ensure every guest receives prompt attention
• Assist golfers with bag drop and club handling services
• Clean and organize guests' golf clubs before and after their rounds
• Prepare, clean, and inspect golf carts to ensure they meet resort standards
• Stock each golf cart with scorecards, pencils, and any required materials
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the cart staging and bag drop areas
• Proactively engage with guests and offer assistance whenever needed
• Follow all opening, operational, and closing procedures
• Communicate guest needs, concerns, and operational issues to supervisors
• Assist with additional golf operations duties as assigned

• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Friendly, outgoing, and professional demeanor
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Well-groomed appearance and willingness to follow resort dress standards
• Must be at least 17 years old
• Valid driver's license required
• Availability to work through the fall season
• Weekday daytime availability is required
