A fast-growing NZ business needs sharp estimators to review and price maintenance jobs — fast and accurately.

This one's all about electrical pricing. You'll review live quotes, sense-check pricing and scope, fix anything that's off, and sign them off so jobs can go out. Need more detail? You'll call the tenant to firm it up. No selling, no site visits — just fast, accurate pricing calls.

• Reviewing live quotes and checking labour, materials and scope stack up.
• Adjusting quotes that are out of line with fair market pricing.
• Calling tenants to clarify scope and firm up a quote.
• Confirming and signing off quotes so jobs can be dispatched.
• Flagging anything out of scope or carrying a compliance or safety risk.

• Current knowledge of electrical pricing — labour, materials, callouts and compliance costs in NZ.
• An electrical estimating or QS background, or time pricing electrical jobs on the tools.
• A handle on the certification and compliance rules that shape electrical scopes.
• Solid estimating, quoting or QS experience — you know what a job should cost.
• Fast, accurate pricing judgement you're confident standing behind.
• Good computer skills and a clear phone manner with tenants.

• Full-time contract — 6 weeks initially, with potential to continue.
• Wellington-based, on-site, starting 20 July 2026.
