Duties

Lead engaging and therapeutic group sessions focused on behavioral health, social work, addiction counseling, or special education topics during weekend hoursConduct comprehensive intake assessments to understand clients’ needs and develop tailored treatment plansMonitor and document client progress through detailed medical documentation and records while adhering to HIPAA regulations for patient confidentialityManage crisis situations with effective crisis intervention and crisis management techniques to ensure client safetyAdminister medication as prescribed, monitor vital signs when necessary, and record medical terminology accurately in medical recordsCollect data on client behaviors and treatment outcomes to inform ongoing care plans and ensure quality patient careCollaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care, including social work professionals, medical staff, and educatorsExperience
