You will partner closely with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service leaders to drive efficient and scalable revenue growth.

You will build forecasting models, deliver actionable insights, and translate complex financial data into clear recommendations.
Working across finance, revenue operations, HR, and accounting teams, you will help shape go-to-market strategy and execution.

Accountabilities:

The Sr. Manager GTM Finance Business Partner will serve as a key strategic advisor to revenue-generating teams, ensuring financial discipline, operational efficiency, and data-driven decision-making. This role requires strong analytical capabilities, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to transform business data into meaningful insights that support growth.

  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service leadership to provide financial guidance on investments, headcount planning, and strategic initiatives.
  • Participate in leadership meetings, business reviews, and strategic planning discussions to influence go-to-market decisions.
  • Lead budgeting processes, forecasting activities, and performance management across commercial functions.
  • Develop and maintain financial models supporting revenue forecasting, scenario analysis, pipeline conversion, and strategic planning.
  • Analyze sales productivity, marketing ROI, customer success efficiency, and resource allocation opportunities.
  • Deliver executive-level reporting, variance analysis, and recommendations highlighting risks, opportunities, and business trends.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of sales capacity, marketing investments, GTM programs, and operational initiatives.
  • Support territory planning, quota modeling, and sales compensation analysis in partnership with relevant teams.
  • Drive adoption of AI-powered analytics tools to automate finance processes, improve reporting capabilities, and generate actionable business insights.
  • Collaborate with data and operations teams to build dashboards and self-service reporting solutions.
  • Identify opportunities to improve financial planning processes, reporting frameworks, and analytical methodologies.
Requirements:

The ideal candidate brings extensive experience in finance business partnering, FP&A, and commercial strategy, with the ability to communicate complex financial concepts to executive stakeholders. A strong understanding of revenue operations, analytics, and AI-enabled finance practices is highly valued.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline.
  • 8+ years of progressive finance experience, including at least 3 years supporting commercial or go-to-market functions.
  • Proven experience partnering with Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, or other revenue-focused organizations.
  • Strong financial modeling, forecasting, budgeting, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to translate complex financial information into clear business recommendations.
  • Strong communication and influencing skills with both finance and non-finance stakeholders.
  • Experience using AI-powered analytics tools or implementing AI solutions within finance operations.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Preferred: MBA or CPA qualification.
  • Preferred: Experience in SaaS, technology, or high-growth environments.
  • Preferred: Familiarity with SaaS metrics such as ARR, NRR, and modern GTM strategies.
  • Ability to travel domestically approximately 3–4 times per year.

  • Competitive total annual compensation ranging from $165,000 to $195,000, including base salary and variable compensation depending on experience and location.
