We are looking for an experienced QA Analyst Lead to drive quality excellence across a portfolio of innovative AI-powered products. In this strategic role, you will champion quality assurance practices from the earliest stages of development, ensuring testing is embedded throughout the software delivery lifecycle. You will work closely with developers, product managers, and cross-functional teams to establish robust testing strategies, improve automation, and promote a quality-first culture. Beyond hands-on testing, you will influence engineering standards, mentor teams, and help deliver reliable, scalable, and high-performing solutions. • Define, implement, and promote QA standards, testing principles, and best practices across multiple software and AI-focused projects.
• Analyze product requirements and determine the appropriate testing strategy, ensuring comprehensive coverage for functional, regression, integration, and edge-case scenarios.
• Lead the planning, prioritization, and execution of automated testing initiatives while maintaining high-quality test suites across multiple products.
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and engineering teams to embed quality throughout the software development lifecycle and encourage proactive quality ownership.
• Monitor, measure, and report on test coverage, quality metrics, and testing outcomes to support continuous improvement.
• Perform manual and automated testing when required to validate critical functionality, establish best practices, and support successful product delivery.
• Mentor team members and provide guidance on testing methodologies, automation frameworks, and quality engineering practices.

• 5+ years of experience in Quality Assurance, Test Engineering, or Software Testing within modern software development environments.
• Proven experience defining QA strategies and implementing automated testing frameworks across cross-functional teams.
• Hands-on expertise with testing tools such as Selenium, Playwright, Pytest, Cypress, or similar automation technologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to understand complex systems and identify quality risks.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to influence technical and non-technical teams constructively.
• Experience working within Agile development environments and collaborating with distributed international teams.
• Familiarity with AI, Generative AI, data engineering, CI/CD pipelines, or DevOps practices is considered a strong advantage.
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment with regular collaboration across UK and European time zones.
