If you're an experienced Mortgage Loan Officer (MLO) or Mortgage Loan Originator, Your job should be closing loans and not chasing leads, fixing problems, or fighting with operations.

What You'll Do- Originate residential mortgage loans
- Guide borrowers through the home financing process
- Structure financing solutions that meet clients' financial goals
- Build and maintain relationships with homebuyers, real estate agents, and referral partners
- Manage your pipeline from application through closing with dedicated operational support
- Assist borrowers with purchase and refinance mortgage financing
- Qualified purchase lead opportunities

- Minimum of 1 year of mortgage loan origination experience
- Current NMLS license or previous NMLS license that can be renewed/reinstated
- Knowledge of residential mortgage products including Conventional, FHA, VA, USDA, and Jumbo loans
- Strong sales, communication, and customer service skills
- Ability to build relationships and manage a mortgage pipeline
- Self-motivated with strong organizational skills
