This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a UX Researcher Júnior (Exclusiva para PCDs) based in Brazil.

This role is an opportunity for an aspiring UX Research professional to contribute to understanding user needs and improving digital experiences.
You will support research initiatives across qualitative and quantitative studies, gaining hands-on experience throughout the research lifecycle.
The position combines curiosity, empathy, organization, and analytical thinking to connect user insights with product decisions.

Accountabilities:

The UX Researcher Júnior will support research operations and the execution of user research activities, helping the team generate valuable insights to guide product decisions. The role is designed for someone who wants to develop practical experience in UX research methodologies while collaborating with different teams.

  • Support Research Operations activities, including administrative processes, participant invitations, scheduling, and research coordination.
  • Organize and maintain research materials, updating the team’s research repository and knowledge libraries.
  • Contribute to documentation and continuous improvement of research processes and guidelines.
  • Support the planning and execution of qualitative and quantitative research studies.
  • Assist in creating interview scripts, surveys, and research instruments with guidance from the team.
  • Participate in interviews and research sessions, developing moderation and facilitation skills.
  • Analyze and synthesize research data, including transcripts, notes, and survey responses.
  • Support the creation of research reports, presentations, and communication of insights.
  • Develop knowledge about users, products, and business challenges to strengthen research impact.
Requirements:

The ideal candidate has an initial foundation in UX Research methodologies and a strong interest in understanding users, products, and business needs. We are looking for someone curious, organized, collaborative, and eager to learn through practical experience.

  • Basic knowledge of qualitative and quantitative research methods, gained through academic projects, courses, bootcamps, or personal initiatives.
  • Familiarity with documentation, task management, or research tools such as Jira, Confluence, Figma, Maze, Typeform, or similar platforms.
  • Interest in Research Operations, organizing information, maintaining knowledge repositories, and improving processes.
  • Some previous experience conducting interviews, moderating conversations, or applying questionnaires in academic, professional, or personal projects.
  • Clear communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with teams and stakeholders.
  • Curiosity and genuine interest in learning about human behavior, digital products, and business challenges.
  • Availability to work remotely within a full-time schedule.
