Here's What You Need:

• Bachelor's Degree Required

• 4-year experience and training in a medical laboratory required and

• 2-year leadership experience

• MLS II experience is preferred

What You Will Do:

• Assists bench technologist in solving QC and technical problems

• Assumes bench duties as scheduled

• Evaluates workload and assists as needed

• Adheres to section, laboratory, hospital and system guidelines, procedures and policies

• Manages supplies, reagent inventory, costs and section charges
