POST PRODUCTION COORDINATOR
Location: Denver, CO (On-site/Hybrid)
Reports To: Head of Post
Job Summary:
The Post Coordinator is responsible for assisting Brand Revolution’s post production team with bidding, budgeting, scheduling, staffing, and delivering projects while keeping them on time, on budget, and on creative brief. This role works closely with Brand Revolution’s production and post team, along with numerous outside vendors to shape raw footage into polished stories that align with client goals and brand standards. Post Coordinator is a highly motivated individual with strong interpersonal skills and a desire to expand their technical knowledge, all while working toward a post-producer title.
Key skills:
Project ManagementAt least 1+ years of proven experience in a commercial post-production environment, providing work samples that showcase successful collaboration with production companies, agencies, and/or major brands.
Exceptional communication skills, with a track record of building lasting trust with clients through professional persistence, clear status updates, and unwavering reliability.
Highly organized approach to coordinating multiple concurrent projects, effectively managing shifting priorities, staff rotations, and diverse vendor needs across multiple client accounts.
Highly comfortable and effective at collaborating with a broad range of creative specialists, including editors, motion designers, VFX artists, colorists, and sound designers to bring projects to fruition.
Strong ability to work independently, taking initiative and remaining self-directed to ensure projects advance smoothly without constant oversight.
A dedicated team player who thrives in collaborative environments, actively contributing to a team of highly motivated filmmakers to achieve shared project goals.
Collaborates deeply with the production team to build and manage comprehensive post-production schedules, ensuring all milestones are met and expectations are managed.
Maintains frequent and productive communication with a wide roster of outside vendors, handling all aspects of invoicing, vendor agreements, scheduling, and rate negotiation with a professional and personable demeanor.
Strong familiarity with post-production bidding processes and AICP best practices, ensuring accurate and competitive estimates.
Proficient spreadsheet skills, utilizing data to generate financial reports, track billable hours, and monitor project profitability.
Proactively stays informed on the cutting edge of creative trends and evolving post-production technology to keep our workflows modern.
Solid technical understanding of various video formats and standards, with experience creating delivery matrices and performing thorough Quality Control (QC) on work involving complex versioning and resizing across multiple channels.
Dedicated to operational excellence by building, maintaining, and updating post-production process documents, ensuring all team standards are consistently adhered to.
A foundational knowledge of motion design and VFX workflows—including greenscreen, volume, virtual sets, 3D rendering, and compositing—is highly valued. Demonstrates a continuous learning mindset, proactively seeking out knowledge to bridge any gaps.

Working Conditions & Physical Demands
Position Type: Full-time, indoor desk position at our Denver studio. Some hybrid work is allowed.
Physical Effort: Requires remaining in a stationary position (sitting or standing) for extended periods while operating a computer and other office productivity equipment.
Visual & Manual Skills: Involves continuous focus on computer screens and frequent repetitive typing/mouse use.
May be exposed to flashing colors and loud sounds as part of the editing process.
Communication: Regular professional interaction over phone, video conference, and written messaging.
Environment: Typical office environment with moderate noise levels, low physical effort, and occasional lifting of items up to 50 lbs. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
