Deputy is searching for a Senior Regional Marketing Manager to play a key role in our marketing organization. This person will develop and execute region-specific demand generation & growth plans to create qualified pipeline, and accelerate revenue growth across email, paid channels, content, industry events, and branded activations. This is a highly cross-functional role that partners closely with Sales, product marketing and other in-house teams across Marketing.
The ideal candidate is a strategic, hands-on marketer who can build the plan, rally the right teams, execute with excellence, and optimize quickly. They bring deep B2B/SaaS marketing expertise with a focus on SMB, strong project management skills, and a test-and-learn mindset. They are comfortable owning programs end to end, managing budgets, analyzing funnel impact, and scaling what works in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Develop a regional growth plan that creates and captures demand with small to medium sized businesses.
- Manage lead capture, nurture, sales handoff, and post-campaign follow-up plans to ensure every program has a measurable impact.
- Identify local buyer needs, and trigger moments, then translate them into programs across email, content, webinars, events, and sales activations.
- Partner with in-house Performance and Creative teams to execute regional ideas in the market and bring ideas to life across channels and formats.
- Partner closely with internal teams across Analytics, Product Management, Product Marketing, Sales, Marketing Operations, and more to align strategy, execution, reporting, and follow-up.
- Partner with Customer Marketing to ensure branded activations and events are fully leveraged across new prospects and existing customers
- Build and manage strong relationships with internal stakeholders, external vendors, agencies, industry partners, and field teams to deliver high-quality programs on time and within budget.
- Analyze campaign performance to understand how activities, generate qualified leads, influence funnel performance, pipeline creation, conversion, velocity, and revenue outcomes.
- Stay close to customer needs, market trends, competitor activity, and emerging marketing technologies to continually improve Deputy’s regional marketing effectiveness.
- 5+ years of marketing experience with a proven track record of driving demand generation and pipeline growth in a B2B/SaaS hyper-growth technology environment.
- Deep marketing channel expertise spanning gated content, paid ads, webinars, field events, email, content, and sales activations, with a strong understanding of how each channel drives leads and pipeline.
- Strong understanding of the B2B marketing funnel, including persona targeting, campaign strategy, lead generation, nurture, attribution, conversion, and pipeline acceleration.
- Experience building and managing integrated campaigns across paid, owned, earned, and field channels, from strategy through execution and optimization.
- Proven ability to partner with Performance, Creative, Product Marketing, Sales, Marketing Operations, Analytics, and Brand teams to deliver coordinated campaign outcomes.
- End-to-end ownership mindset. You execute at pace, directly and through others, take projects across the finish line, own mistakes, and learn from them.
- Agility and speed. You constantly try new ideas, pivot quickly when something is not working, and move fast to scale programs that show strong results.
- Strong analytical capability, with experience using campaign and funnel data to evaluate performance, optimize spend, and improve return on investment.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities, timelines, budgets, stakeholders, and tight deadlines in a dynamic environment.
- Experience using Salesforce, Marketo, and related marketing analytics, reporting, or campaign operations tools, or similar applications.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong stakeholder management, and comfort working with remote teams located around the world.
The pay range for this position takes into account multiple factors that are all considered to determine an individual candidate’s starting pay. These factors include but are not limited to: market factors, experience, technical and non-technical skills, education, certifications, and other business acumen. This range does not include any potential incentive programs, such as individual or organizational performance bonuses.
$117,600 - $143,100 a year
