Compensation & Benefits

• During placement period (up to 12 weeks): $22/hour as an Oakmont employee in a temp-to-hire arrangement


• Upon direct hire by the property management company: $22$25/hour plus full benefits package

What You'll Learn

Our program prepares you to confidently handle the core responsibilities of a Multifamily Maintenance Technician:

Who We're Looking For

• Veterans of any branch transitioning to civilian employment


• Hands-on technical experience - military MOS/rate in a mechanical, electrical, construction, or maintenance field is a strong fit


• Strong aptitude for learning new technical skills


• Self-motivated with a professional, misson-focused approach to work


• Ability to complete a 6-week virtual program independently
