Compensation & Benefits
- During placement period (up to 12 weeks): $22/hour as an Oakmont employee in a temp-to-hire arrangement
- Upon direct hire by the property management company: $22$25/hour plus full benefits package

What You'll Learn
Our program prepares you to confidently handle the core responsibilities of a Multifamily Maintenance Technician:
- Electrical fundamentals and repairs
- HVAC systems and troubleshooting
- Appliance installation and repair
- Plumbing basics and maintenance
Who We're Looking For
- Veterans of any branch transitioning to civilian employment
- Hands-on technical experience - military MOS/rate in a mechanical, electrical, construction, or maintenance field is a strong fit
- Strong aptitude for learning new technical skills
- Self-motivated with a professional, misson-focused approach to work
- Ability to complete a 6-week virtual program independently
Prior property management experience is not required. If you can follow a system, solve a problem, and show up ready to work you're who we're looking for.
