Our Oncology team is seeking a Social Worker to evaluate and respond to the needs of individuals and/or their families. They provide care based on the documented clinical assessment of the patient's needs, which includes a culturally sensitive assessment of biophysical, psychosocial, environmental educational, and discharge planning factors. Will also develop clinical formulation that is based on assessment data and grounded in clinically sound theory that directs treatment toward individualized, solution-focused interventions.

REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor of Social Work from a program accredited by the Council on Social Work Education (CSWE). Current Massachusetts Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW). Five years of experience as a psychotherapist with a strong background in individual treatment including counseling individuals with chemical dependencies. Three years of medical social work experience.
