Pool Technician in San Antonio, Texas at Bluewater Pro Pool Service LLC

We’re looking for a skilled pool service technician to add to our staff. In this position, it will be your job to ensure that our clients’ pools are safe for continued use. The main way that you’ll do that is by testing the pH levels of pool water and adding various chemicals as necessary.

Additionally, you’ll be responsible for maintaining the structural integrity of the pools that you work on. If there is a crack or leak in the pool, then you will need to fix it. That could involve draining the pool, which is another task that you’ll be responsible for when it’s needed.

As a pool service technician, you’ll be working directly with our clients. It’s important that you act professionally, answer their pool maintenance questions thoroughly, and provide them with a high level of customer service. So previous experience in a customer-focused role is preferred.

· Drive yourself between job sites

· Test and balance chemical levels in client pools

· Add chemicals like chlorine to the water as necessary

· Clean pools, brush pool walls, empty skimmer baskets

· Service pool Filtration systems

· Answer all questions that clients have about pool maintenance thoroughly and professionally

· Complete paperwork and documentation

Pool Service Technician Requirements:

· High school diploma or equivalent

· Previous experience in a similar role is required

· Must have a Valid driver’s license

· Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening

· Professionalism and strong customer service skills

· Familiarity with common pool maintenance products and techniques
