District Manager in Ankney, Iowa at B3 Brew LLC

Duties:

- Oversee the operations and performance of multiple stores within a designated district

- Monitor and analyze profit and loss statements to ensure financial targets are met

- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth

- Identify business development opportunities and establish partnerships with local organizations

- Lead process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency

- Manage and execute projects to meet established goals and deadlines

- Provide guidance and support to store managers in areas such as staffing, training, and performance management

- Conduct regular store visits to assess compliance with company policies and procedures

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve company-wide objectives

Experience:

- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in retail or hospitality industry

- Strong understanding of profit and loss management

- Demonstrated success in driving sales growth and achieving targets

- Excellent business development skills

- Ability to effectively supervise and develop a team of store managers

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
