This role provides strategic and technical expertise to support sales teams in positioning complex Auto Physical Damage software and services.
You will act as a trusted advisor, helping prospects and customers understand solutions that address operational challenges and improve claims workflows.
The position combines consultative selling, product expertise, market intelligence, presentations, demonstrations, and proposal leadership.
You will work closely with Sales, Product Management, Marketing, and delivery teams to strengthen commercial strategies and customer experiences.
Your insights will help shape sales tools, competitive positioning, product improvements, and go-to-market approaches.
You will also influence internal knowledge sharing through training, webinars, conferences, and post-sale knowledge transfer.

- Serve as the subject matter expert for Auto Physical Damage software and services, providing technical and industry expertise throughout the sales cycle.
- Partner with prospects and clients to understand their workflows, operational challenges, and efficiency opportunities, recommending appropriate solutions.
- Monitor industry trends, market developments, and competitive activity to strengthen messaging, differentiation, and customer engagement strategies.
- Develop demonstration and presentation materials, including example referrals, reports, data analyses, scripts, and supporting content, in collaboration with Sales and Product Marketing.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive product demonstrations and presentations for prospects, clients, internal stakeholders, and other audiences.
- Support competitive intelligence initiatives by evaluating competitor activity, customer feedback, and win-loss experiences.
- Provide ongoing feedback to Sales, Product Management, Marketing, and other stakeholders to improve products, services, sales processes, and methodologies.
- Participate in and frequently lead RFP and sales proposal processes for new and existing clients.
- Maintain a centralized repository of RFP responses, solution designs, implementation plans, and other reusable sales resources.
- Contribute to the creation of sales enablement tools, ROI calculators, demonstration scripts, presentations, and other materials that support revenue growth.
- Conduct product training for existing and prospective customers as well as internal teams.
- Represent the organization at product webinars, trade shows, sales seminars, user conferences, and other industry events as appropriate.
- Facilitate post-sale knowledge transfer with delivery teams to support effective implementation and customer outcomes.
- Collaborate across Sales and Auto Physical Damage teams to strengthen client relationships, maximize sales opportunities, and demonstrate industry expertise.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree, combined with 10+ years of experience in the Auto Physical Damage insurance industry and claims processing.
- Experience in consulting or a closely related field, with the ability to translate industry challenges into practical business and technology solutions.
- Strong presentation, product demonstration, and public speaking skills, with confidence engaging both technical and business audiences.
- Strong analytical, logical, and organizational capabilities, including the ability to evaluate complex information and use it to make sound business decisions.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with Tableau.
- Excellent critical thinking, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex products, processes, and ideas clearly and persuasively.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills for working effectively with customers, partners, and cross-functional teams.
- Self-motivated, collaborative, and accountable, with the ability to work independently while contributing effectively to team objectives.
- High intellectual curiosity and the ability to quickly learn new concepts, technologies, products, and industry developments.
- Ability to act as a trusted advisor and demonstrate thought leadership in customer-facing and internal environments.
- Expected annual base salary of $96,800 – $126,500, depending on the applicable U.S. geographic market.
