Position Summary
The MAASAI Group, LLC is seeking an experienced Program Manager to provide contract and workforce leadership in support of U.S. Army Central (USARCENT) at Shaw AFB, South Carolina. The Program Manager will serve as TMG's primary contract-management lead and principal interface for day-to-day coordination of a 22-person, multi-functional professional services workforce.
The successful candidate will provide centralized oversight of staffing, personnel accountability, contract performance, deliverables, reporting, quality control, risk management, and corrective actions while maintaining effective communication with Government stakeholders and TMG corporate leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide overall management and oversight of contract performance and the 22-FTE workforce.
- Serve as the primary day-to-day interface between TMG and designated Government representatives.
- Monitor staffing, vacancies, attendance, employee availability, and personnel readiness.
- Coordinate employee onboarding, transitions, replacements, and workforce continuity.
- Monitor contract deliverables, reporting requirements, schedules, and performance standards.
- Oversee implementation of TMG's Quality Control Plan.
- Identifystaffing, schedule, security, and performance risks and implement corrective actions.
- Coordinate with recruiting, HR, security, payroll, and corporate management functions.
- Maintainaccuratecontract and personnel status information.
- Support required personnel accountability and Government reporting.
- Ensure personnel comply with applicablecontract, installation, security, cybersecurity, and workplace requirements.
- Maintain professional and responsive communication with USARCENT stakeholders.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree in business, management, program/project management, logistics, or a related discipline preferred. Substantial directly relevant federal/DoD management experience may substitute for formal education.
Experience: Seven or more years of relevant federal/DoD professional-services experience preferred, including at least three years managing personnel, staffing, or multi-functional service delivery.
Preferred: PMP or equivalent program/project management certification.
Security: Must possess an active Secret security clearance and maintain required eligibility throughout employment.
Desired Experience
Experience managing DoD staff augmentation or professional-services contracts; leading geographically or functionally diverse personnel; Government customer interaction; recruiting and staffing oversight; quality control; performance reporting; risk management; and management of cleared personnel is highly desirable.
