Job Description
Join Our Team as a Quality Inspector on Second Shift at Empower Manufacturing!
The Quality Inspector is responsible for verifying that parts meet customer specifications throughout the production process, from in-process checks through final inspection. This role is not simply responsible for checking boxes on a checklist — it is responsible for catching problems before they reach the customer.
The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented inspector who reads a print with confidence, documents findings accurately, and works closely with Quality Engineering, Customer Support, the Quality Supervisor, and the Plant Manager to resolve deviations quickly.
Success in this role requires precision, patience, strong documentation habits, and the ability to stay sharp and focused through a full second-shift schedule.
At Empower Manufacturing, we value inspectors who are curious, thorough, and team-oriented — professionals who take ownership of the quality that leaves our doors.
