About the Role
As an Automotive Detailer you will play a key role in preparing vehicles for delivery, ensuring every car meets our high-quality standards. You will work closely with the Detail Team Lead and Production Supervisor to inspect, clean, and finish vehicles from both our retail customers and collision shop. Your attention to detail and efficiency will help maintain smooth workflow, customer satisfaction, and the overall excellence of our service.
- Mark and photograph all existing damage on vehicles upon arrival.
- Perform incoming checklists, including damage assessment, electrical lights inspection, and input into the computer management system.
- Degrease vehicles, including door jams and wheel wells, and power wash vehicles.
- Label windows and install appropriate flags and hats.
- Prepare vehicles for customer delivery, including cleaning windows, vacuuming interiors, and washing & chamois exteriors.
- Complete Quality Assurance checklists to confirm all vehicle functions are operating correctly.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and efficient work area.
- Assist with ad hoc duties as required (e.g., garbage collection, premises cleaning, grass cutting, securing building and vehicles at night)
- Positive attitude with high self-motivation and initiative.
- Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
- Class G or G2 driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Automotive experience is an asset, particularly in detailing.
