2nd Shift Machine Operator

Ultra Fine Specialty Products, LLC – Woonsocket, RI

$1,000 SIGNING BONUS

$500 after 60 days + $500 after 6 months

Schedule: Monday–Friday | 2:30 p.m.–11:00 p.m. Training completed on 1st shift

Pay: Up to $24.00/hour DOE + Shift Differential + Quarterly Bonuses

We produce high-performance metal powders and advanced materials for demanding industries worldwide. Experience is helpful, but we will train the right person. Bring a strong work ethic, reliability, and a willingness to learn and grow.

What You'll Do

• Operate and adjust metal-processing equipment

• Operate forklifts and inventory products

• Record production and quality information

• Perform basic equipment checks and support routine maintenance

• Work with your team to keep production running safely and efficiently

What We're Looking For

• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn

• Ability to follow written instructions and safety procedures

• Manufacturing, equipment operation, maintenance, or construction experience is a plus

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

• Ability to stand for extended periods and regularly lift up to 60 lbs.
