Business Operations Coordinator, Imaging/Cardiology in Savannah, Georgia at St. Josephs Candler

The Business Operations Coordinator will assist in managing the daily activities associated with supporting the administrative functions associated with Cardiology and Imaging Services. The Business Operations Coordinator insures that all statistical data is collected and placed in a reasonable format, as established by the Executive Director, Cardiology & Imaging Services. The Business Operations Coordinator manages appointments for the Executive Director and assists in collecting confidential data for the department’s administrative members. The Business Operations Coordinator will maintain and coordinate an efficient filing system to include all Imaging and Cardiology staff files, financial data, minutes of department meetings, and appropriate purchasing information. The Business Operations Coordinator will transcribe correspondence and minutes per the discretion of the Director. Under the guidance of the Director, the Business Operations Coordinator is responsible for supporting and analyzing the clinical and financial reporting structure for Cardiology and Imaging Services. The Business Operations Coordinator acts as a liaison to all outpatient imaging centers and pertinent ACO offices, coordinating financial reports, payment of invoices, State and local licensing and start up efforts. Coordinates dosimetry management for the System. Assists in quality initiatives as required. Maintains open communications and is available to component organizations and practitioner sites for consultation.

2 - 3 Years Secretarial - Required

2 - 3 Years Related experience, including but not limited to statistical analysis and reporting - Required

2 - 3 Years Knowledge of procedures, policies and practices related to the operation of Imaging Services - Preferred

2 - 3 Years Broad knowledge of major hospital functions and organizational relationships - Preferred
