Registered Dietitian

Key Responsibilities:

- Assess patients' nutritional needs through detailed evaluations and medical history reviews

- Develop and implement individualized nutrition care plans in collaboration with healthcare teams

- Provide nutritional counseling and education to patients and their families

- Monitor and document patients' progress, adjusting plans as necessary

- Stay current with the latest research and guidelines in dietetics and nutrition

- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety standards related to patient care

- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to coordinate comprehensive care

Skills and Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree or higher in Nutrition, Dietetics, or a related field

- Registered Dietitian (RD) credential from an accredited organization

- Proven experience in clinical nutrition, hospital, or community health settings

- Strong understanding of medical conditions and their nutritional management

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team

- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

- Knowledge of electronic health records (EHR) systems is preferred
